Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction At ProEdge Life Coaching, we strive to provide the best possible coaching experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following
cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and will not be refunded.
• Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel a session due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss
rescheduling options.

3. Refund Policy
• Initial Consultation: The initial consultation is free of charge and non-refundable.
• Coaching Packages:
 Within 3 Days: If you purchase a coaching package and wish to cancel, you may do so within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 10% transaction fee.
 After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for unused sessions after 7 days from the
purchase date.
• Single Sessions: Payments for single sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a single session, please refer to our cancellation policy above.


4. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
• Dissatisfaction: In the event of dissatisfaction with our coaching service, refunds will be issued, please refer to our refund policy above
• Timeframe: To qualify for a full refund (excluding transaction charges), the request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date or by the next day following the 1st session.
Please note: This refund policy supersedes any conflicting information from previous communications.


5. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling Sessions: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be
treated as a cancellation.

5. No-Show Policy
• Missed Sessions: If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Termination of Services
• Mutual Agreement: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Refunds for any remaining sessions will be issued on a pro-rata
basis, minus a 10% transaction fee.
• Breach of Agreement: If the client breaches the terms of this agreement ProEdge Life Coaching reserves the right to terminate services without a refund.
