Coaching session Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your participation in the program and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Description
The "Productivity and Accountability Program" is a coaching and mentoring program designed to enhance productivity and accountability skills for participants. The program consists of weekly coaching sessions and accountability exercises as described on Fiverr or as communicated to you directly.

2. Weekly Session Rules
a) All coaching sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis and will take place on the same day and at the same time each week, as agreed upon at the start of the program.
b) The standard duration of each coaching session is 30-45 minutes. In exceptional cases, if additional time is required, the session may be extended to a maximum of 60 minutes, subject to mutual agreement.

3. Attendance and Notification (Read Very Carefully)
a) Rescheduling: In the event of being unable to attend a session, it is required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of that particular session. Additionally, rescheduling the same session more than once is not permitted.
b) Postponement Limitation: Participants are allowed to postpone one session for one- month program (4 weeks) and up to Three sessions for every two-month program (8
weeks). Any further requests for rescheduling or postponement beyond these limits will not be considered, and the session will be marked as complete.
c) Lateness: Participants anticipating lateness may request a brief postponement. Efforts will be made to accommodate, but if unable, the session is considered forfeited.
d) First Session Booking: To initiate the program, the initial coaching session must be scheduled and conducted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the first session.
e) Consecutive Missed Bookings: Failure to schedule and attend appointments for two consecutive weeks, without communication or response from the client, will result in marking sessions as completed, with the forfeiture of remaining sessions.
f) Emergency Pause: In the event of emergencies, the Client may temporarily suspend the session for a period of up to 3 weeks. Sessions can be paused with the imposition of a
35% fee based on the original plan price. Failure to remit the fees within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the particular session.
g) Ghosting: In the occurrence of prolonged unresponsiveness or absence from scheduled sessions without prior notice or communication from the Client for a consecutive period
of 7 days, it shall be deemed as "ghosting." In such instances, the Coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, and any remaining sessions shall be forfeited by the Client.
h) Attendance Confirmation: Participants are required to confirm their attendance for each scheduled session upon receipt of the session reminder email. Failure to confirm attendance may result in the session being considered forfeited, and rescheduling may not be guaranteed. Confirmation of attendance demonstrates readiness to engage in the upcoming session and ensures effective utilization of coaching resources.

4. Program Commitment: By enrolling in the "Productivity and Accountability Program," you acknowledge the significance of complying with the scheduling and attendance rules specified in these Terms. These rules are implemented to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the program for all participants. Your commitment to maximizing your coaching experience is
valued, and I am dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals to the best of my ability.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program if you repeatedly fail to adhere to the session scheduling and attendance rules, or if you engage in any conduct that
is disruptive or violates these Terms.

6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the
modified Terms.
